BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 2300 block of Hickory Valley Road, being off the northwest line of Hickory Valley Road northeast of Shallowford Road. Part of an unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 3625, page 743, ROHC. To find the true point of beginning of said part of tract, start on the northwest line of Hickory Valley Road some 899.25 feet northeast of the intersection of the northwest line of Hickory Valley Road with the northeast line of Shallowford Road, thence northwest 300 feet to the true point of beginning, thence southwest some 165 feet parallel to Hickory Valley Road to a point in the northeast line of Brookhaven Heights, as shown by plat of record in plat book 24, page 27, ROHC, thence northwest some 482.02 feet with the northeast line of said Brookhaven Heights to the northwest corner of lot 15, said subdivision, thence northwest 261.17 feet with the northeast line of lot 11, said subdivision, to the northeast corner of said lot 11, thence southeast some 700.88 feet to the true point of beginning.
